Meet Our Staff

Janice has practiced law for nearly 20 years.  She is licensed in Ohio and South Carolina.  She obtained her undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University in Education.  She received her JD from Ohio Northern University.  She is proud to offer professional representation for those seeking debt relief through a bankruptcy, or seeking the Social Security Disability Benefits they have been denied.  Janice works very hard to give her clients the best legal representation.  Her positive reputation in the community has won her many awards of service.  Janice is a member of NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimaint Representatives), NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys), the Ohio Bar Association, the Allen County Bar Association, the Allen County Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the St. Ritas Medical Center Mercy Club.

Dani is the lead case manager at Quatman Law for Social Security clients.  She is a licensed Medical Assistant.  She obtained her Associate's degree in Medical Assisting Technolgy from University of Northwestern Ohio, and graduated cum laude.  She has been with Quatman Law Office for three years, and is a member of NOSSCR.  She can help you every step of the way with your Social Security Disability or SSI case.  Dani prides herself on being available to clients by telephone, email, or in-office meetings.

Jeremy is a Registered Nurse.  He graduated from Rhodes State College in 2008 with his Associates of Applied Science in Nursing.  He also obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Ohio University.  He diligently works cases to help people obtain the Social Security benefits they deserve.  By requesting medical records, speaking to your physicians, and also going to your physician's offices, he is able to better prepare your case for hearing.  Jeremy has worked with Janice for four years.

Kim is the business manager at Quatman Law.  She obtained her Bachelors of Science from Bowling Green State University in Finance.  Kim loves being able to help our clients when they need it the most.  Whether you're calling with bankruptcy questions, or questions regarding your social security disability or SSI case, Kim is here to help.  Kim works closely with all staff members at Quatman Law to ensure your case gets the utmost attention it deserves.

Tracy is the lead bankruptcy paralegal at Quatman Law.  She obtained her Associates of Applied Science degree in legal assisting from Columbus State, and graduated cum laude.  She also obtained her Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University, and graduated summa cum laude.  She has worked as a paralegal for 15 years, 12 of which has been with Quatman Law.  Tracy understands that bankruptcy is a last resort for most clients.  It is important to her for the clients to realize that bankruptcy is not the end of the road, but rather a light at the end of the tunnel.  All clients who meet with Tracy get the utmost respect, understanding, and compassion.
